First stage
Begin whirling counterclockwise with eyes open, arms outstretched. The right palm is turned upwards, the left palm downwards. However, if this feels uncomfortable, then try whirling clockwise with the left hand turned up, right hand turned down. To end the whirling, slow down and allow your arms to fold over your chest.
Second stage
Close your eyes. Lie down on your belly. Be still and watch.
